Thanks to the crop factor of approx. 1.6 on APS-C, you can even turn your 100 mm into a 160 mm lens. Film things you have never seen before. The very high quality in imaging performance, the multi-coated lens surfaces and the precise mechanics allow you to concentrate entirely on your artistic vein.

High quality workmanship
The lens is constructed to a very high quality. The metal housing is very robust and impresses with its noble appearance. The glass lenses of the lens are coated and thus produce an excellent contrast and sharpness range as well as a well-balanced colour balance. The particularly high-quality optics of the lens ensure optimal image results. The lens hood prevents stray light and lens reflections from the side.

Advantages of a full-frame lens on a camera with an APS-C sensor
Save time in post-processing. A lot of lens aberrations like distortion, edge blur or vignetting occur on the outer areas of the image. If you use a lens calculated for full format on a camera with an APS-C sensor, these areas are not used. This way you get the maximum quality. Additional post-processing time to correct lens errors is therefore not necessary.
